Cabo San Lucas Events

Los Cabos is so brimming with activities, festivals, events and recreational pursuits that it will be a challenge to just decide how you're going to choose among amusements from day to day. Below you can see calendars of holidays, fishing tournaments, unique monthly celebrations and special occasions.

April Events

Holy Week and Easter - ’Semana Santa’

April 6-12
Holy week ends the 40-day Lent period. This week includes Holy Thursday, Good Friday and Easter Sunday. Festivities include colorful parades through downtown and flying eggs filled with paper confetti. This is a very popular vacation time for Mexican families.

Dia de los Niños (Children's Day)

This day celebrates the importance of children in society.

Farmer's Market at the Shoppes at Palmilla

Every Friday November - April
The Shoppes at Palmilla hosts a weekly organic farmer's market every Friday during the months of November through April. In addition to local produce, you'll find artisanal pastries, eggs, fish, dairy products, flowers and more!

Whale Watching Season

Jan - April
Spectacular views of whales just offshore abound. Of the world's 11 species of whales, eight come to Los Cabos to breed and nurse their young.

San José del Cabo Art Walk

Jan - Jun, Every Thursday Evening
Every Thursday evening, visitors and residents enjoy strolling the art district of San Jose del Cabo along Obregon Street behind the church, sipping wine and viewing fine art. Event times vary each year.
