Cabo San Lucas Events
Los Cabos is so brimming with activities, festivals, events and recreational pursuits that it will be a challenge to just decide how you're going to choose among amusements from day to day. Below you can see calendars of holidays, fishing tournaments, unique monthly celebrations and special occasions.

January Events
New Year's Day Celebration
January 1This national holiday features festivities, parades and fireworks throughout Mexico as well as agricultural fairs in rural areas.
Dia de los Reyes Magos (Three Kings Day)
January 6Family celebrations and gift giving commemorates the gifts of the Magi. Rosca de los Reyes (King's Loaf) pastries are baked with a little plastic doll hidden inside.
Feast Day of San Antonio de Abad
January 17This is a Mexican religious holiday during which the Catholic Church allows animals to enter the church for blessing.
Whale Watching Season
Jan - AprilSpectacular views of whales just offshore abound. Of the world's 11 species of whales, eight come to Los Cabos to breed and nurse their young.
San José del Cabo Art Walk
Oct - Jun, Every Thursday EveningEvery Thursday evening, visitors and residents enjoy strolling the art district of San Jose del Cabo along Obregon Street behind the church, sipping wine and viewing fine art. Exact times of this event vary each year.
Farmer's Market at the Shoppes at Palmilla
Every Friday, November - AprilThe Shoppes at Palmilla hosts a weekly organic farmer's market every Friday during the months of November through April. In addition to local produce, you'll find artisanal pastries, eggs, fish, dairy products, flowers and more!
