Personal Evaluation and Introduction to Pilates – A complete physical assessment that locates imbalances, misalignment, poor posture. Learn how to correct bad habits and correct injuries with a foundation of the Pilates mini-movements that train body-awareness and how to utilize deep inner muscles to move the body properly. 90min.

Intensive/Targeting Pilates Workout – For challenging seasoned athletes or for the person seeking a complete body workout, giving extra time to specific areas of the body. 90min.

Rehabilitation Pilates – Physiotherapy for acute/chronic conditions focusing on tension release, stretching and strengthening. Tailored to work with client's specific conditions and problem areas. 60min.

Personalized Pilates – Tailored to the individual's body with one-on-one instruction by a certified trainer. 60min.

Bikram-Method Yoga – Hatha Yoga postures that restore health and fitness through the processes of oxygenating, detoxifying, stretching, concentrating and relaxing. 90min.

Hatha Yoga - Yoga postures in combination with controlled breathing to revitalize the mind and body. Gentle to challenging dependent on client's level of yoga practice. 60min.
